Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) the cut-off time is 10.00am each day then shipped on the next available collection cycle using NZ Courier Post for orders up to 40kgs. 

For orders 40kgs and over, we will obtain a quote from our transporter which may take 24 hours. Once we have this information you will receive an SMS Txt or email to confirm the cost of the freight and it will be added to your order total for payment. 

You will receive notification of when your order has been shipped along with the tracking and tracing codes so that you can track the delivery progress of your order.

Please NOTE that due to Covid-19, delays may occur due to the backlog of deliveries with the transport companies.  If parts or all of New Zealand are in a restricted zone or lock-down level, we are governed by the Shipping rules that apply at that time.

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you received your product in a damaged condition please provide a photo of the product and packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 working days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a nominated bank account provided by the registered purchaser, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Discounted items (If applicable)
When you purchase multiple product, you may be eligible for certain discounts, as set forth on the then-current pricing plan, provided, however that cancellation of a produc/service for which you have recieved a discount, may result in the discount being rescinded retroactively for the reamaining product/services, and an immediate adddtional payment to be charged to your method of payment.

Any special offers,  promotional deals and money-off vouchers (herinafterthe the "Discounts") shall only be valid during the period of validity and subject to the conditions of each other offer. Discounts may only be used by the customer to whom tey are granted and shall not transferable to third parties. They shall be subtracted from the values of the customers order including GST but exlcuding the cost of shipping and delivering the order. Unless otherwise mentioned in a specidic offer, the customer shall be barred from using several Discounts cumulatively when placing a given order. Where the cusgtomer mentions he/her posession of several discouts on the web site concurrently, the customer shall only be able to use the Discount of the largest amount for the same order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cambridge@farriersupplies.co.nz and send your item to: Farrier Supplies, 301 Racecourse Road, RD 1, WKO, Cambridge 3493, New Zealand.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
