Shipping Policy


Shipping Charges and Processing

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, with a daily cut-off time of 10:00 AM. Orders will be shipped on the next available collection cycle via NZ Courier Post for packages weighing up to 40 kilograms.

For orders weighing 40 kilograms or more, we will obtain a freight quote from our transporter, which may take up to 24 hours. Upon receiving this quote, we will notify you via SMS or email with the confirmed freight cost, which will be added to your order total for payment.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking and tracing codes to monitor the delivery progress.

Please note that due to potential disruptions from COVID-19, delivery delays may occur. Additionally, if any part of New Zealand is subject to restricted zones or lockdowns, shipping will adhere to the applicable regulations.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 10 working days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. If you received a damaged product, please provide a photo of both the product and packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 10 working days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the bank account provided by the registered purchaser within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cambridge@farriersupplies.co.nz.

Sale and Discounted Items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items are non-refundable.

When purchasing multiple products, you may be eligible for discounts according to our current pricing plan. Cancellation of a discounted product or service may result in the discount being rescinded retroactively, and an additional payment may be charged.

Special offers, promotional deals, and vouchers ("Discounts") are valid only during their specified periods and are non-transferable. Discounts are applied to the order value, excluding shipping costs. Multiple Discounts cannot be combined; if several Discounts are mentioned, only the highest-value Discount will apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at cambridge@farriersupplies.co.nz and send the item to: Farrier Supplies, 301 Racecourse Road, RD 1, WKO, Cambridge 3493, New Zealand.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Farrier Supplies, 301 Racecourse Road, RD 1, WKO, Cambridge 3493, New Zealand.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.

Depending on your location, the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
